HOW WE DO BUSINESS AND  ABOUT OUR  NEON SIGNS

 

Neon-Chasers is a retail outlet of neon signs.

You can inquire about a neon sign by clicking on the inquiry link by each neon sign.

Upon receiving your email, Neon-Chasers will reply by email within 24 hours on the availability of your order or answer any questions you have at that time. The only forms of payment accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, MONEY ORDERS OR PERSONAL CHECKS.

All prices on our neon signs include: packing, shipping and insurance. We normally use U.P.S. ground, or Fed Ex to ship out merchandise. All neon signs are brand new unless otherwise specified. Shipping will take place within 24 hours of receiving your payment. All neon signs are tested and leave our warehouse in perfect working order.

All our neon signs are *guaranteed to for 90 days.

*Guarantee guidelines covers the following;

  1. Light (bright and even lighting of glass tube)

  2. Transformer.

Our guarantee does not cover broken glass or damage due to misuse or mishandling. In the event of sign failure covered above Neon-Chasers must be notified within 90 (ninety) days of delivery. The neon sign must be shipped back to Neon-Chasers (with insurance) in the original container with all packaging material at the owners expense. Neon-Chasers will inspect the neon sign and decide to fix, replace the sign and then ship back to addressee or issue a refund if another sign cannot be gotten.

All items must be inspected immediately upon receiving. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you must notify Neon-Chasers within 72 hours. At that time we will initiate a claim with UPS, and at Neon-Chasers option the product must either be repaired by a local neon shop in your area or shipped back to us and a replacement will be shipped.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS DAMAGED SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OR SIGN FAILURE IS COVERED BY GUARANTEE GUIDELINES.
